The best way to confirm customer eligibility is to request a copy of their electric bill. Customers must be on an eligible commercial/industrial/ag rate schedule to qualify for commercial/industrial/ag incentives. In situations where a business is run out of a residence, the rate schedule will determine if they’re eligible for commercial/industrial/ag or residential incentives.
